At Math Masters Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
